Why are there no prices on the website?
James Antony Home strictly adheres to every one of our manufacturers’ pricing and distribution policies, please appreciate that these guidelines are in place to protect the integrity of your investment.
How do I get a price quote on items I am interested in?
Once you have selected items that you are interested in please take note of the manufacturer specific item number for each piece and contact one of our knowledgeable sales associates. We do not email pricing; please provide a telephone number when requesting information.
What if I cannot find the specific item number I am searching for?
Our sales associates are familiar with all of our manufacturers and are more than happy to help you track down any piece large or small.
Do you require a down payment for my order?
Customers have the option of putting down a 50% deposit or paying in full at the time of order. You will be contacted and required to pay any remaining balance when the delivery company receives your order.
Is there an order minimum?
James Antony Home does not institute an order minimum. Small furniture and accessory orders are most economically shipped using FedEx or Ups. Some items such as lamps ship in pairs.
What are my payment options?
We accept the major credit cards (Discover/Mastercard/Visa) in addition to check and money order.
How does the delivery process work?
James Antony Home can deliver brand new furniture to all 48 states and can facilitate international shipping. Most deliveries originate from North Carolina but can vary depending on the manufacturer’s warehouse location. The vast majority of items we sell are in-stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse and can be delivered to your home in approximately 4 weeks. Delivery times can vary for custom order upholstery and furniture pieces not currently in-stock with the manufacturer. Because the manufacturer alone determines when pieces are ready for shipment, Furniture Ordering Direct does not guarantee delivery dates. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and are happy to provide order tracking at any time.
Shipping costs vary depending on destination city and item weight but can be quoted precisely at the time of order. Your furniture will be fully inspected before shipment and placed inside of any room in your home for the price quoted. The designated delivery company will contact you by telephone approximately 7 days after the release of your order by the manufacturer, at that time you will be given an estimated date and time for your delivery. Although all efforts are made to accommodate individual schedules, delivery times can vary. Please be sure that the pieces you order will fit in their designated room, through all hallways, entrances and doors. No provisions are allowed for machinery, ropes or hoists to be used; nor will the delivery team remove doors or windows to allow access. If you cannot be present to accept your delivery, please arrange to have someone available in your absence. If you cancel a delivery or are unavailable to accept your pieces, a redelivery fee may apply. It is against ICC rules for a delivery service to remove cartons or furniture crating; the delivery service will gladly place them anywhere on your property for disposal or recycling. White glove delivery is our standard, meaning that all items ordered will arrive unboxed and placed anywhere in your home.
What if there is a damage or defect?
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and it is our goal to facilitate a seamless shopping experience.
Although we partner with the most reputable white glove delivery services, it is still very important that you inspect each piece of furniture upon delivery and simply return any items that appear damaged or defective. Please only return unacceptable damaged/defective items. James Antony Home will not be responsible for repair or replacement of items unless damages and/or defects are noted on the paperwork at time of delivery.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that any particular finish or product will match a photograph or piece from another location. Natural markings on leather or wood products will never match exactly. Natural markings and variations in color are considered normal characteristics and not considered as defects. As all dye lots are different, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed and sample swatches are to be used only as a point of reference. Due to natural characteristics of leather as well as variation in the tanning process, final leather goods may vary in color, texture, sheen (gloss level) and natural markings. These variations do not constitute as defects. All products are hand-made and actual sizes may vary slightly within industry standards. Inconsistencies in color and grain should be expected and appreciated.
Am I required to pay sales tax on my order?
James Antony Home will collect the applicable sales tax for any shipment to an address within the state of Texas. Sales tax will not be collected for shipments to other states. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and remit sales tax in accordance with the laws of their home state. You will receive a full terms and conditions document with every purchase.
